MAKING FRIENDS WITH OUR EMOTIONS

WITH ELENA MORENO

In this gathering we will explore our Emotional Body and learn how to overcome extreme reactions and remain calm, cool and in control.

Our Emotional Body is an important, complicated, difficult and sometimes dangerous, but absolutely essential part of our personal make-up. Complex, confusing and unfathomable as it may be, without our Emotional Body we would be incapable of distinguishing the many shades of living.  It lets us know when we are in danger, tells us whether our behavior is good or bad, and helps us to recognize positive actions that should be replicated and negative ones that should be avoided.  It is that part of us that enjoys the finer things of life and makes us more than an unfeeling robot.  There is, however, also a sinister side to our emotions. Once aroused, by either positive or negative triggers, our Emotional Body can take us on a wild and confusing ride.
