Hatha Flow with Marimar is a moment to moment journey into the present experience. The class begins with meditation and flows into gentle and natural movements to wake up the body with a focus on core strength, breath work and attention to the subtle body. The practice slowly builds into an active and powerful, yet inwardly focused flow. The pace is slow and deliberate in order to create the luxurious time and space for inner awareness, self discovery, and healing.
Bio
Marimar Higgins is a long time Todos Santos resident, originally from Evergreen, Colorado. She is the creator and owner of Cuatro Vientos and the founder of La Esquina, the neighborhood cafΓ© across the street from Cuatro Vientos. She has been teaching yoga and running businesses in Todos Santos for 25 years. Her son, Santi, and her daughter, Kalea, were born and raised in Baja. She loves supporting and learning from the various teachers, practitioners and presenters who come to Cuatro Vientos from Baja and from all over the world to share their offerings. Marimar is a great supporter of personal and spiritual growth practices as well as projects that benefit the beautiful and unique community of Todos Santos.
Hatha Flow con Marimar es un viaje momento a momento hacia el presente. La clase comienza con meditaciΓ³n y fluye hacia movimientos suaves y naturales para despertar el cuerpo con un enfoque en la fuerza central, la conexion con la respiraciΓ³n y la atenciΓ³n al cuerpo sutil. La prΓ‘ctica se convierte lentamente en un flujo activo y poderoso, pero centrado en el interior. Bio
Marimar Higgins es residente de Todos Santos desde hace mucho tiempo, originaria de Evergreen, Colorado.
Es la creadora y propietaria de Cuatro Vientos y la fundadora de La Esquina, el restaurante frente a Cuatro Vientos. Ha estado enseΓ±ando yoga y administrando negocios en Todos Santos durante 25 aΓ±os. Su hijo, Santi, y su hija, Kalea, nacieron y se criaron en Baja. Yoga for Healthy Aging is for people of all sizes, shapes, ages and abilities. We use props and modifications to make the poses accessible for everyone in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere.
Classes are alignment-based hatha yoga, with individualized attention to each person's optimal position in the poses. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace. We focus on carefully selected asanas to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and agility, which help us maintain health and autonomy as we age.
Together, we use movement, breath and awareness to find our edges and tune in to the present moment. We finish class with pranayama and meditation to integrate the practice and start the day with open hearts and minds.
Bio
Lisa Demoney is a RYT 200 hrs instructor, certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Healthy Aging. She studied yoga for over 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Todos Santos full-time in 2019. She offers both private and public classes for groups and individuals.

My name is Paola, and I am an aerial dance and aerial yoga teacher. I have guided students of all ages and levels to find trust, freedom, and joy in the hammock. Since 2023, I have been teaching the Todos Santos community, bringing inclusivity, creativity, and body awareness to each class. Certified with over 300 hours of specialized aerial training, I make aerial practice safe, accessible, and empowering for everyone. I also design my own line of aerial hammocks, created to support all stylesβfrom expressive aerial dance to restorative yin aerial yoga.
Aerial dance class for kids 4 to 6 years old:
This class is an introduction to the magic of aerial hammocks.
Through playful obstacle courses and games, children will explore the basics of flying in the fabric. Theyβll learn cooperation with their friends, enjoy breathing exercises, and develop balance in a fun and safe way.
A joyful space to play, grow, and take their first steps into the world of aerial movement.
Aerial dance class for kids 7 to 11 years old:
in this class, children will learn the fundamentals of aerial dance: the main movements, how to practice safely, and how to link steps into creative flows.
Alongside technique, weβll keep the playful spirit alive with fun and cooperative games, helping them build confidence, strength, and teamwork, all while dancing in the air.

Bio.
The world of fitness has been part of my adult life both personally and professionally. After twenty-five years as a physical education instructor in Alaska, I retired in Todos Santos, Baja Mexico.
Certified as a Zumba and Shine Dance Fitness instructor, teaching in Mexico has brought fun and enjoyment to my existence. I love to dance, exercise is my feel-good, so Zumba is a great fit. My motto: Movement adds to the quality of life, when your movement becomes impaired, so does your quality of life. βLetβs keep moving and join the fun!β

Vinyasa Yoga
Get out of your head and into your body with this dynamic vinyasa class. Class begins in meditation where we ground our energy and welcome all parts of ourselves. Our breath is our guide throughout practice as we release tension through kinetic stretching and build strength and empowerment through intentional movement. We allow our feelings and emotions into practice by exploring them through breath and embodiment. We move our energy through vinyasa flow and self expression. This class is suitable for most levels - from students with basic knowledge of yoga to experienced yogis. Modifications and hands-on assists are provided by Gabrielle.
Urban Dance
Urban dance class is geared towards being inclusive to all levels of experience and ways of learning - complete beginners are welcome here! Gabrielle takes you through a quick warm-up, stretching and some strengthening before moving on to 45 minutes of learning choreography and dancing. We break down every step slowly and keep repeating the dance until everyone feels comfortable and confident. Most importantly we let loose and have fun! We work on the same routine for two weeks and you can join the class at any time!
Please wear comfortable clothes and clean running shoes for foot support - if you don't have shoes barefoot is OK :)
Gabrielle's Bio
Gabrielle grew up dancing competitively and studied musical theatre - singing, acting and dancing - in college. During her time in college she was exposed to many different modalities of movement and self expression. After graduating she worked as a professional dancer and dance instructor. Gabrielle started her dedicated yoga practice when she was working as a dancer on a cruise ship and found the grounding practice of yoga to be the perfect complement to her dance career. She believes that movement is an essential part of life and healing. She has taught yoga, dance and fitness classes for the past 8 years in Todos Santos, BCS.

Kari Schein is an experienced yoga teacher trainer, retreat collaborator, and mentor with over 35 years of personal yoga practice and decades of teaching experience. She offers therapeutic private yoga sessions, group and private vibrational sound journeys, voice activation work, and immersive retreat experiences that weave movement, sound, and nervous system support. Her teaching style is known for being warm, intelligent, and deeply supportive, helping students feel both challenged and at home in their bodies.

Elemental Rhythm is a modern breathwork rooted in ancient pranayama, with each session unfolding uniquely to meet what your body and soul need in the moment. No prior breathwork experience required. Marie Maxwell is a certified Elemental Rhythm breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience in transformational breathwork.
