UPCOMING EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
“Nada Sabda” is a sonic journey guided by the five elements—fire, earth, water, air, and ether—designed to reconnect with the vibration that resides within us and the presence that sustains us.
A meditative sound journey blending live vocal looping and elemental instruments to bring you into deep rest and renewal.
This workshop will explore the history, gemology, care and function of sacred stones and crystals. You will learn how to choose an appropriate stone, cleanse, charge and work with your mineral companions.
Join us for a peaceful afternoon dedicated to stillness, calm, and deep connection. Together, we will embark on an inner journey through a gentle guided meditation, creating space for breath, release, and renewal.
