In this Sacred Circle where we will begin with the medicine of Cacao, which involves drinking a ceremonial-grade cacao elixir that is prepared in a sacred manner. The cacao is typically consumed in a ceremonial setting to honour its spiritual and medicinal properties.

After drinking the cacao, you will be taken on a journey to unlock your own unique voice through, breathwork, toning, vocalizing and tuning with the Crystal Bowls, Monochrome amongst other instruments and binaural waves. These practices and sound waves may help to clear any stagnant energy or blockages in your throat chakra. We will hold space for this experience that will support and restore your nervous system, opening to higher frequencies.
